The Jerome's "Tweeny" Maid at Gould's Grove

Hi, I wanted to add what I think is an interesting connection which was told to me by my Grandmother.
My Grandmother, Matilda Ellen Berry (1889-1982) – also known as “Nellie” spoke very fondly of the Jerome’s from when she was their “Tweeny” or between stairs maid. She spoke about walking the dog and I believe she was at Gould’s Grove until she married in 1913.

Hi Jeremy, just wondering if you ever heard back from Jasmine – as you say, any pictures and/or recollections of Nellie’s time with the Family Jerome would be most interesting. It would bring another dimension to what we know of JKJ life at the time.
Is Jasmine a member of the JKJ Society? If so you might drop her a gentle prompt.
Most enjoyable yesterday evening. Look forward to the next occasion. If Garrick situation allows for another lunch sometime I would hasten to reserve three on the spot. Only sorry that the upcoming date won’t fit my diary…..
