London branch of the JKJ Society

Your Chairman and President have been in discussion about the possibility of establishing a London branch of the Jerome Society. The majority of members attending Society events are, understandably, from Walsall and the Midlands, that being where the Society was founded. There are those, though, who feel somewhat disadvantaged by living far away from the Midlands and do not necessarily find it easy or convenient to attend events there.

We are investigating suitable places where members from London and further afield in the South might convene for lunches or dinners or talks or whatever. The Savage Club (where Jerome was a member) – now the National Liberal Club – has been suggested.
